  1. Using your COLLEGE gmail account
    1. Your username is the same as in WebAdvisor: firstname.lastname.
    2. Your initial password will be your birth date: MMDDYYYY.
    3. When changing your password, it can be any combination of letters and numbers, but it must be at least (8) characters in length. If you forget your password you can always reset it at **http://gmail.student.cravencc.edu**.
  2. Go to google docs (or google drive)
  3. Create a FOLDER called
i. 3rd last name first name
ii. 5th last name first name
SHARE this folder with
i. ece-hilary.wiltshire@student.cravencc.edu
  1. You will need to give me permission to view AND edit documents within this folder
  2. Anything you put in this folder, I will automatically be able to see it at whatever stage it is at.
  3. You will create different folders within this folder for your different assignments
i. Create a folder for the following things:
                1. Writing
                2. Thursday Letters
                3. Literary Terms
                4. Independent Reading
  1. You MUST name your assignments EXACTLY what I tell you and place them EXACTLY where I tell you or your assignment will NOT be graded. I will not go searching for an assignment.
  2. You can upload documents to your drive, but you must be logged into your email in a Mozilla Firefox browser.
  3. When uploading files from your computer, make sure they are saved in a “Microsoft Word 97/2000” file format, NOT .odt.
